Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting for a Consultant Urologist to join a well-established NHS hospital team in Northern Ireland.

Salary: Approximately Β£100,000 – Β£132,000+ per year depending on experience, NHS consultant scale, and additional programmed activities.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality elective and emergency urology services
  • Diagnose and manage a broad range of urological conditions
  • Perform urological procedures and surgery within a multidisciplinary setting
  • Participate in outpatient clinics, ward rounds, theatre sessions, and on-call rota
  • Contribute to clinical governance, audit, teaching, and service development
  • Support and supervise junior medical staff and trainees

Requirements:

  • GMC registration with licence to practise
  • FRCS (Urology) or equivalent specialist qualification
  • CCT in Urology (or within 6 months of completion) / CESR equivalent
  • Experience working at Consultant level or near-completion of training
  • Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamworking skills
