Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting for a Community Nurse / CQC Registered Manager to join a leading private healthcare service in London. Salary: £45,000 per year. Full-time (part-time considered). Hybrid home & office role. Application deadline: 10th June 2026.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced healthcare professional to combine community nursing responsibilities with clinical leadership and CQC operational oversight within a modern and patient-focused healthcare service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing care to patients in homes, hotels, and private residences across London
  • Conduct patient assessments, care planning, wound care, medication administration, and health monitoring
  • Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and ensure compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards
  • Lead safeguarding processes, audits, risk assessments, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Support staffing oversight, performance management, and staff training
  • Maintain high standards of patient safety, confidentiality, and clinical governance
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse qualification with active NMC registration
  • Previous experience in CQC compliance and regulated healthcare services
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance and safeguarding responsibilities
  • Experience supporting successful CQC inspections preferred
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • Community healthcare and operational management experience highly desirable
