Advantage Medical Staffing is recruiting experienced Orthopaedic Spine Surgeons for a leading tertiary healthcare network in Singapore.

Location: Singapore

Start Date: 2026

Position Type: Full-time – Consultant / Senior Consultant

Salary: Up to £300,000+ per year (commensurate with experience and seniority)

About the Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected tertiary healthcare system delivering advanced spinal care within a modern multidisciplinary environment. You will work alongside leading specialists in Orthopaedics, Neurosurgery, Trauma, Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine, managing a broad range of complex elective and trauma spinal conditions. The role offers excellent exposure to advanced spinal procedures, academic collaboration, teaching, and clinical leadership within one of Asia’s most internationally recognised healthcare systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide surgical and non-surgical management of complex spinal disorders
  • Perform elective and trauma spine surgery procedures
  • Participate in multidisciplinary spine, trauma, and rehabilitation services
  • Lead perioperative patient management and clinical decision-making
  • Supervise and mentor residents, fellows, and junior medical staff
  • Contribute to clinical governance, research, teaching, and CME activities
  • Support service innovation and quality improvement initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • MBBS or equivalent medical degree
  • Specialist qualification in Orthopaedic Surgery
  • Fellowship training in Spine Surgery
  • Board Certification / CCT / Fellowship from: USA, UK, Hong Kong, Australia, Canada
  • Minimum 3 years’ post-specialist qualification experience
  • Eligibility for Specialist Registration in Singapore
  • Strong tertiary hospital and multidisciplinary spine experience preferred
