Job Summary: Consultant ENT Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced Consultant ENT Specialist to join a leading medical team in Riyadh. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, mentor junior staff, and contribute to clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, and related structures.
  • Perform specialized ENT surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient-centered care.
  • Supervise and mentor junior doctors, ensuring adherence to high clinical standards.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records while complying with hospital protocols.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, medical audits, and training programs.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Required :
  • Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
  • CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training), American Board, or Canadian Board certification in Otolaryngology (ENT) or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post-CCT or board certification experience in ENT.
  • Expertise in advanced ENT care, including surgical procedures.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
  • Preferred :
  • Leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Fellowship or additional specialization in ENT or related subspecialties.
  • Experience in a high-volume ENT practice or hospital setting.
