The Role

Join busy emergency departments managing acute, trauma, paediatric, and critical care presentations within well-supported tertiary and regional hospital environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specialist Emergency Medicine care
  • Lead resuscitation and acute patient management
  • Supervise junior doctors and trainees
  • Participate in teaching, governance, and quality improvement
  • Contribute to departmental leadership and service development initiatives

Requirements:

  • FRCEM + CCT, FACEM, ABEM, RCPSC, or equivalent
  • Eligibility for specialist registration in Australia
  • NHS/teaching hospital experience preferred
