Support a teenage boy with complex care needs in his home. The client has cerebral palsy, epilepsy and learning difficulties. The role is for a Registered Paediatric Nurse who will bring energy, empathy and enthusiasm to every shift, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering high-quality, attentive care.

Qualifications

  • Registered Paediatric Nurse (NMC pin up-to-date)
  • Diploma/Degree in Nursing
  • Previous paediatric nurse experience
  • Experience in peg feeding and catheter care is essential
  • Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate

About the role and settings

We support people of all ages in the community and homes with complex needs, including spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy and acquired brain injuries. Each day is different and you will contribute to making clients' day brighter while developing your own skills and knowledge. Shifts available: 11 am – 7 pm, Saturday; option to cover additional shifts.
