The successful candidate would be joining the Extraordinary Care Awards Regional Team of the Year. We are looking for a compassionate and flexible Complex Care Assistant to support a client with autism and epilepsy. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, arranging and attending medical and personal appointments, and supporting with medication and access to the local community. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills with full training and clinical support in a supportive, person-centred environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role is extremely advantageous, especially with the following clinical tasks or complex needs:
- Medication Administration
- Moving & Handling Equipment
- Caring For Clients That Are Non‑Verbal
- Autism & Epilepsy Experience
The only main requirement that is essential is that you have a full valid UK manual driving licence.
