Weekdays & Saturdays: £14.80 per hour, Sundays: £15.15 per hour (Enhanced pay for weekends and bank holidays). We offer flexible shifts to fit your lifestyle – our services run 7 days a week. Guaranteed Hours Contracts Available or Ultimate Flexibility: pick shifts that work around your life. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred support that prioritises dignity, respect, and compassion.
  • Personal care (bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, toileting, and grooming)
  • Medication support (collecting prescriptions, providing reminders, and administration)
  • Meal preparation and nutrition (preparing tasty meals and mealtime assistance)
  • Mobility and equipment support (getting around safely, transfers, and using mobility aids)
  • Housekeeping (making/changing beds, laundry, tidying, light cleaning, and emptying commodes)
  • Companionship and emotional support (providing a listening ear, engaging conversations, and outings)
  • Encourage social engagement and family connections
  • Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  • Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
