What you'll do:
We’re looking for a confident, compassionate, and friendly care professional for a rewarding 2:1 night role supporting a non-verbal client with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair. Key duties include personal care (including bowel management), mobility support, and building a positive routine that includes attending a day centre, enjoying sensory activities at home, and outings for ice cream and walks. This role suits someone who brings energy, empathy, and consistency to every shift. You’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting individuals with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, making a real difference while developing your skills in a dynamic, person-centred environment.
Qualifications:
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. Due to public transport limitations in the area, a driver with access to a car is preferred.
