AGH is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join a small team supporting a client with optic neuritis and transverse myelitis at home. The role includes managing tracheostomy, ventilation support, PEG feeding and catheter care, with a focus on enabling independence and participation in activities the client enjoys, like horse racing and football.

You will work closely with clinical professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality care and help Nic manage daily life.
