Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, is seeking a dedicated Assigned Care Assistant to support clients across Brighton, Bognor Regis and Chichester. You will cover rota gaps, travelling between locations to provide continuity of high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes and communities.
The role involves days, nights, and weekend shifts with a focus on compassionate support, independence, dignity and wellbeing, while building trusted relationships with families and teams.
