Shifts Available: Covering day and night shifts across the week, including weekends. A driver with access to a vehicle is required, as you will be required to travel.

Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more! We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with Spinal Cord injury, Muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs.
You’ll need to be willing to travel to various packages within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must work a mixture of both days and nights
- Must have flexible availability
- Must be willing to drive 100 miles to cover multiple packages of care - Access to a car is required.
- Willingness to support with mobilising new packages of care within 100 mile radius
- Previous complex care experience would be advantageous
