Care Assistants – Join Our Friendly Team in our Biggleswade Offices
At Sage Care, we are recruiting full‑time and part‑time Care Assistants to support service users across Bedfordshire and surrounding areas.
Work close to home in vibrant communities throughout the region.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting with personal care – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
- Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
- Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships
What Else You’ll Help With
- Companionship – conversations, activities, outings
- Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
- Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
- Social Inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
