You’ll deliver essential support to clients in their own homes, following personalised care plans designed to uphold dignity, respect, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Assisting with medication (preparation and administration)
- Supporting with mobility and safe use of aids/equipment
- Preparing meals and snacks, offering mealtime assistance
- Carrying out light domestic duties (laundry, making beds, light cleaning)
- Offering companionship and building meaningful, positive relationships

- Companionship – conversations, activities, outings
- Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
