We are currently looking for caring and compassionate individuals to support our adult and child care packages across the following areas and surrounding locations:
- Milton Keynes
- Aylesbury
- Luton
- Bedford
Role Overview
As an Assigned Care Assistant, you will travel to support our clients by covering gaps in rotas, ensuring continuity of care and fostering familiarity and trust while delivering person‑centred support. All training will be provided by our in‑house nurse team to equip you with the necessary clinical skills. You will play a vital role in maintaining consistency for our clients, supporting them in their own homes and within the community.
Responsibilities
- Travel between client locations to provide support where needed.
- Deliver compassionate, person‑centred care.
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
- Build positive relationships with clients through consistent support.
- Work a mix of day shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts.
- Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off) to support healthy work‑life balance.
