Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a lovely 11-year-old boy with cerebral palsy in his family home. He lives with his parents, older brother, and a friendly cockapoo, and is described by his family as a happy, cheeky “little tinker” with a lovable personality. You will provide person-centred care, working alongside a colleague and a multidisciplinary team to support his wellbeing and community activities. An adapted vehicle is provided for outings.
Clinical Needs:
- Cerebral palsy
- PEG management (nutrition, fluids, medications)
- Moving and positioning
- Some personal care
Qualifications
