Are you a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse with a passion for person-centred care? We are seeking a dedicated nurse to join a bespoke complex care package, supporting an 18-year-old client in her family home. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a vibrant young woman with complex medical needs.
About the Role
As part of our close-knit team, you will deliver high-quality nursing care in a home setting, working in partnership with the client's family and wider multidisciplinary team. Under the guidance of our Complex Community Nurse, you'll ensure that the client's care is clinically safe, empowering, and filled with joy and dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, high-standard care in line with a comprehensive care plan.
- Provide specialist clinical support, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Central line management
- Jejunostomy and stoma care
Qualifications
- NMC-registered nurse (RGN/RNLD/RMN) with relevant clinical experience.
- Confident in delivering complex care or willing to be trained.
- Passionate about promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Approachable, patient, and able to build trusting relationships.
