The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
We are currently looking for experienced and compassionate nurses to join our team and support our existing complex care packages. The ideal candidate will be caring, kind, patient-focused, possess strong communication skills and the appropriate clinical experience to deliver high-quality care.
This role requires you to support adult and child packages across various locations within Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Luton and Bedfordshire. Day and waking night shifts are available across the week, including weekends. This role offers flexibility and variety.
As a Registered Nurse working within our packages of care, you will provide a high standard of nursing care to adults and children in the community with complex needs. There will be an up-to-date care plan for you to follow to ensure that you are aware of the client’s needs and wishes.
Qualifications- Registered Nurse Diploma/Degree with an up-to-date NMC Pin
- Commitment to providing the best possible care for the client
- To be self-motivated, enthusiastic, caring and compassionate
- Previous complex nurse experience
- Experience in peg feeding, tracheostomy care, catheter care, bowel management and ventilator experience is also essential.
- The successful candidate will be a driver with access to a car.
