Advantage Healthcare Limited in Birmingham is recruiting for a care assistant to provide full daily living support for a young person with complex health needs, including epilepsy and neurological conditions.
You will assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, continence and a pureed diet, while maintaining strict infection control and promoting independence.
You will monitor for seizure activity, recognize triggers, and respond with prescribed rescue medication, working closely with the healthcare team.
