Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Rapid Response Care Assistant. You will receive full training and clinical support to develop skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care, among others. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community and in their homes, with conditions like Spinal Cord injury, Muscular Dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and many other complex needs. You’ll need to be willing to travel within a 100-mile radius and work on an on-call rota. Each day will be different, presenting new challenges. You can be sure of one thing: you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.
