- Reporting to our Chief Global Customer Officer, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in key account sales and connectivity with large CPG retailers and suppliers.
- Experience in CPG, Retail, and Professional Services, with a focus on data-led insights and advisory capabilities, is preferred.
- Sales and client management experience in services industries is also advantageous.
As part of this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value from our work and advocate for Advantage.
- Achieve sales and profit targets for your client portfolio and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align with business strategy, including financial reporting and forecasting.
- Work across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.
- Negotiate effectively to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Support market leaders in developing global client collaborations at the country level.
- Enhance the Advantage brand within the FMCG community through speaking engagements, conferences, white papers, and articles.
Location: The role is ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, Germany) and is remote. Travel may include:
- Client meetings and presentations.
- Occasional visits to Toronto Office.
- Industry conferences and events.
