We're looking for compassionate, resilient and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join a specialist SEN school supporting pupils aged 4-19 with a range of complex additional needs.
This isn't just another Teaching Assistant role.

Your Role
- As a Teaching Assistant you'll work alongside experienced teachers and therapists to:
- ✔ Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and within small classes
- ✔ Help pupils access learning through personalised strategies
- ✔ Encourage communication, independence and confidence
- ✔ Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- ✔ Assist with sensory activities and therapeutic interventions
- ✔ Celebrate every achievement—no matter how big or small
Some pupils may require personal care, moving and handling or medical support. Full training will be provided where required.
