About the Role:

Advantage Angels is recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN) for flexible agency shifts across Ipswich, Felixstowe, Woodbridge, Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, and the wider Suffolk area. We work with a wide range of care homes, nursing homes and supported living services in the area, and we're looking for experienced nurses who want the freedom to choose when and where they work without being tied to a fixed rota. Whether you're looking to supplement existing employment, returning to nursing after a break, or simply want more control over your schedule, we have immediate Registered Nurse (RGN) shifts available and ongoing opportunities with some of Suffolk's most trusted care providers.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse (RGN) with Advantage Angels, you will play a vital role in delivering clinical, person-centred care across healthcare settings in Ipswich and Suffolk. Responsibilities include:

  • Administering medication and overseeing clinical care plans
  • Carrying out clinical assessments and monitoring resident health
  • Leading and supporting Healthcare Assistants and wider care teams
  • Liaising with GPs, families and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records in line with NMC standards
  • Helping to create a safe, comfortable and supportive environment for service users

What We're Looking For:

  • Active NMC registration with no restrictions
  • A minimum of 6 months paid UK nursing experience in a care home, nursing home or similar setting
