Advantage Angels is hiring dedicated temporary Kitchen Assistants to support care homes and healthcare providers across West Sussex, and the surrounding areaYour RoleAs a Kitchen Assistant, you'll play a vital part in the kitchen, supporting chefs in preparing delicious, nutritious meals.
This includes: Supporting chefs with daily kitchen tasksWashing dishes and cooking utensilsKeeping the kitchen and serving areas clean, hygienic, and compliant with health and safety xgikmsk standardsMaintaining a high standard of infection control and adhering to the Food Standards Act 1999What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in a catering roleThe right to work in the UKA strong understanding of food hygiene and kitchen health and safety practicesExcellent communication skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a teamA positive attitude and a high level of reliabilityA driving licence is preferred but not essential
