Advantage Angels is recruiting Registered Nurses (RGN) for flexible agency shifts across London and the wider Greater London area. We place experienced nurses in care homes, nursing homes and supported living services throughout all London boroughs — from Central and North London to South, East and West London and the outer zones.

This role is ideal for RGNs who want the flexibility of agency work without being tied to a single employer, ward or setting. You choose the shifts that suit your schedule, earn competitive rates well above NHS band equivalents, and receive the support of a dedicated shift coordinator available seven days a week. Where travel is required your costs are covered. Where overnight stays are necessary, accommodation is arranged and paid for by Advantage Angels.

London has the highest care home occupancy rate in England at over 90%, meaning demand for experienced Registered Nurses is consistent and ongoing across every borough. Whether you are looking to supplement existing NHS employment with additional shifts, returning to nursing after a break, or want full-time flexible agency work, we have immediate vacancies available now.

How to prepare for a job interview at Advantage Angels Ltd

Showcase Your Specialisation

Make sure to highlight any specific areas of patient care you excel in, such as geriatric care, paediatrics, or wound management. Freelancing in nursing means clients will want to know how your skills can directly benefit their patients, so bring any relevant certifications or experiences to the table.

Bring Your Portfolio of Success

Since it’s freelance work, you should present a portfolio that includes case studies, positive patient feedback, or evidence of your outcomes. This will help demonstrate your previous success and patient satisfaction levels, giving potential clients confidence in your skills.
