Advanta is looking for an experienced Property Loss Adjuster to join our growing UK team, based in the Manchester/Leeds area. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of domestic and commercial property claims arising from the UK insurance market, while contributing to the continued growth of our property division.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing property claims assignments and pre-risk surveys, delivering high-quality loss adjusting services to our clients. The role involves regular travel across the north of England and occasionally throughout the UK, with flexibility for hybrid working.
- Managing claims from instruction through to settlement
- Producing accurate and concise reports
- Ensuring compliance with service level agreements
- Managing your own caseload and diary
- Liaising closely with Head Office and the UK Property team
- Supporting client relationships and business development initiatives
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in property loss adjusting
- Possess strong knowledge of commercial and domestic property claims
- Are confident managing their own caseload with support
- Demonstrate excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Are adaptable, proactive, and client-focused
- Are authorised to work in the UK without restrictions
