Trainee Loss Adjuster .
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate, school leaver, or someone currently working within an Insurance Company claims team who is looking to progress into a Loss Adjusting role and build a long term career in the profession.
No previous experience in loss adjusting is required.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn, and the drive to develop into a professional loss adjuster.
Full training, mentoring, and support will be provided from day one.
The successful candidate will be encouraged and supported to study towards professional insurance and loss adjusting qualifications, such as CILA and CII, providing a clear pathway for career progression.
What we're looking for
- A recent graduate or school leaver with a genuine interest in insurance, business, or commercial claims.
- Motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to build a long term career.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organisational and problem solving abilities.
- Must live in South West England or South Wales.
- A full UK driving licence is essential.
- Access to a car is highly desirable, as the role involves travel to visit policyholders and loss locations.
