This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Civil Engineer to be based in Horbury, Wakefield. This role will be to assist in the production of civil engineering design drawings, drainage calculations, drainage strategy reports, flood risk assessments and the management and timely delivery of projects to meet the clients' needs throughout the project.
Qualifications:
- Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering skills
- Experience in planning and Stormwater Management
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- HNC in Civil Engineering or higher
- Proficient in the use of Autocad
- A driver's license would be a benefit as the occasional site visit could occur
28 days holiday including bank holidays, 3% Pension contributions, Flexible working available after initial 3 months.
