Utilise your skills to debug Business Central and NAV issues, whether on-premises or in the cloud, ensuring smooth operation for our clients. Exhibit strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner, ensuring client satisfaction at every interaction. Project Management: Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhering to client specifications and contributing to our reputation for excellence. Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Dynamics 365 Business Central (SaaS).Azure DevOps, GitHub).Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of C/AL and AL programming languages. SQL Knowledge: Technical expertise in Microsoft SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSRS, and indexing/keys. Report Design: RDLC report design using Microsoft Report Builder.
