We are looking for a Group Finance Business Partner to join our business in London. This is a unique role where you will be able to support Advania at group level, working with entities and executives internationally to help drive strategic financial decisions and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders across the group, translating complex performance data into actionable insights and compelling business cases.

Salary & Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Acting as the financial partner for leads in key areas such as AI, Cyber Security, Total Lifecycle Management, HR and Communications.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to control Group investments effectively.
  • Constructing comprehensive business cases that align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaborating across functions to assist in planning, budgeting, and cost control efforts.
  • Ensuring financial resources are allocated efficiently to support operational goals.
  • Conducting thorough return on investment (ROI) reviews following project completions to validate financial returns.
  • Capturing lessons learned from investments to inform future decision-making processes.
  • Monitoring synergies and cross-sell opportunities arising from mergers and acquisitions (M&A).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Demonstrated experience in finance, with a strong focus on analytics and business partnering.
  • A track record of operating in a corporate / Big 4 / consulting environment, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience within transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to grasp commercial dynamics and influence key stakeholders.
  • High confidence in constructing robust business cases and conducting post-investment reviews to assess performance and derive actionable insights.
  • Comfort with navigating uncertainty and ambiguity, with the capability to distil complex information into straightforward recommendations to support decision-making.
