Responsibilities
- Design and implement a global reward strategy aligned with growth and talent attraction across multiple regions
- Define reward principles, governance, and decision rights for fixed pay, variable pay, equity and benefits
- Advise the CHRO, Executive team and Remuneration Committee on reward strategy, market positioning and risks
- Translate complex reward topics into clear, data-supported recommendations
- Own global job architecture, salary structures, pay ranges and market positioning across geographies
- Lead annual and ad hoc pay benchmarking using market surveys and tech data
- Oversee end-to-end annual pay review and bonus cycle including budgets, modelling and communications
- Design and govern annual bonus and variable pay that aligns performance with business objectives
- Design, implement and govern a flexible benefits proposition scalable globally
- Harmonise benefits across countries and acquisitions with global consistency and local compliance
- Provide governance and executive sponsorship for the global reward strategy
- Ensure reward reporting to the Executive team and Board
Key requirements
- Significant senior compensation and benefits leadership experience in international, fast-paced organisations (technology, SaaS or digital services preferred)
- Proven design and implementation of global or multi-country reward strategy
- Experience implementing flexible benefits and managing a benefits platform
- Ownership of complex annual pay review, bonus cycles including modelling, governance and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with incentive design aligned to business outcomes
- Expertise in pay benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures and reward analytics
- Experience managing multiple benefits providers and advisers across jurisdictions
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions or integrations and scalable reward frameworks
