Requirements:

  • Expertise in Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong skills in SQL, Spark, Python (DAX optional)
  • Strong data-modelling background across medallion architecture, Kimball, Star, and Snowflake schema
  • Ability to design and denormalize data models for self-service analytics
  • Experience with Azure Data Stack (Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, ADLS Gen2, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Databricks
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Define and drive data strategy aligned with business goals
  • Growing external visibility (Speaking events, Microsoft relationship, Blogs, Webinars, Free workshops)
  • Familiar with DevOps and CI/CD for data solutions
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
