Position Overview
As a Head of Project Portfolio Delivery, you will lead executive-level initiatives across a portfolio of over 100 projects in our Channel Partner ecosystem. This senior role involves managing governance, insight, performance, and people across multiple internal functions (Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure predictable delivery and alignment with product strategies and commercial goals. This position also offers the opportunity to enhance a central PMO capability, standardise delivery excellence, and promote a data‑driven culture. Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £75,000 – £90,000.

Responsibilities
- Establish and lead the PMO capability, setting delivery standards and tools
- Manage Project Managers and Analysts, fostering a high‑performance culture
- Manage a customer portfolio of over 100 concurrent projects, ensuring consistent use of Agile, Waterfall, Scrum and MoP/P3O methodologies
- Oversee portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance (revenue recognition, margin burn rate)
- Oversee prioritisation, demand shaping, dependency management, and capacity planning to optimise results and resource use
- Manage RAID at the programme level
- Provide clear, executive‑ready reporting for internal leadership and channel partners
- Develop scalable process documentation and coordinate training for consistent, high‑quality execution
Qualifications & Experience
- A proven track record in portfolio management within a corporate, customer‑facing technology environment
- Professional experience leading a PMO or a project governance function
- Comfort engaging and negotiating with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience of working within a Channel Partner environment, or within Unified Communications, is desirable but not essential to apply for the role.
P3O Practitioner (or equivalent) is desirable, alongside any other relevant certifications (PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, Agile).
