Position Overview
CCS Media\’s Finance Team are looking for a Finance Administrator with a sharp eye for detail and strong numerical skills both essential for success in this role. If you have a passion for business reporting and thrive when given ownership and responsibility, we want to hear from you.
This is a role for someone who is self-motivated, takes initiative, and enjoys working independently as well as collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Conducted daily multi-currency bank reconciliations across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Oversaw the setup and ongoing management of company payments and bank account updates, ensuring timely authorisation and compliance.
- Processed and posted all bank payments, including inter-company transactions, with precision and attention to detail.
- Managed end-to-end processing of cash expenses and credit card statements, including receipt verification and accurate journal postings.
- Provided proactive support to the wider Finance team, contributing to smooth operations and cross-functional collaboration.
