We are looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to join our Professional Services business. The successful candidate can be based out of London or Manchester.

This is a senior role where you will be responsible for growing the Data & Analytics practice, shaping the go‑to‑market strategy, and building data‑driven solutions for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Defining the direction for the team, managing a team of data consultants, and creating new client offerings.
  • Using strong stakeholder engagement to guide clients through data modernisation strategies, ensuring compliance, security, and adherence to best practices within the Data landscape.
  • Blending leadership, technical expertise, and strategic advisory to shape data‑driven transformation and position Advania as a trusted partner for Data & Analytics to our clients.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Experience with Azure Data Stack, Microsoft Fabric, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Data modelling.
  • Managing a Data & Analytics team or function.
  • Defining and refining a go‑to‑market approach.
  • C‑suite and broad stakeholder management experience within the context of data transformation.
