Position Overview: The D365 CRM Consultant is responsible for delivering tailored Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction through expert consultation, configuration, and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct needs analysis, and design tailored Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics 365 Field Service, Sales, and Customer Service modules to meet client needs.
  • Ensure successful data migration and integration with existing systems.
  • Provide expert consultation and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure client teams are proficient in using Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Offer ongoing support and maintenance to address client issues and optimise system performance.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in Dynamics 365 and related technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and solutions.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Qualifications & Experience: The right candidate for this role will have:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience within Sales and Customer services modules is desirable.
  • Proven ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customising Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, and processes.
  • Strong understanding of data management, data migration, and integration concepts.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in the Field Service module is desirable but not essential.

Desirable:

  • Experience with D365 Customer Insights, including Journeys and Data modules.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-910, MB-210, MB-280, MB-230, MB-240, PL-200).
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure services and integration tools.

The budgeted salary for this role is between £60,000 to £70,000 per year.

Hybrid working: This hybrid role, with a remote-first emphasis, necessitates being in the office or at a client site for 4 days each month. Each team within our organisation can decide how to implement this policy.
