Advania’s Automation team partners with clients throughout their digital transformation journeys in the age of AI, helping them shift the responsibility of repetitive tasks to technology. The focus of this role is to drive forward the growth of our Automation capability and enable our most strategic clients to realise value through Microsoft technologies. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your SME experience and technical skills with a diverse client base, ranging from household names to boutique businesses. Please note, we may require you to obtain security clearance (SC) in the future, so for that reason you will need to be a British passport holder with 5 years residency in the UK to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is between £45,000 and £55,000 a year, depending on experience.

  • Delivering fantastic work for clients across both solution build and advisory engagements
  • Supporting Advania in achieving their Microsoft accreditation objectives via certifications
  • Supporting digital transformation in their wider objectives within Consulting

  • Completion of Microsoft Certifications

Qualifications & Experience

  • Be Microsoft Certified in Power Platform
  • Ideally have previous Microsoft Partner experience
  • Possess expert SME knowledge in one or more area of the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio
  • Have experience in defining governance and best practices for the Power Platform
  • Have experience in leading workshops, consulting directly with clients and gathering requirements
  • Have a track record working with the wider Microsoft product stack (particularly SharePoint Online & Dynamics Products)
  • Possess experience of broader Microsoft Automation & AI capabilities across Azure
  • Have experience and confidence in leading projects in a services or consulting organisation / practice
  • Have experience supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying additional opportunities within current clients
