- We seek an experienced IT Project Manager with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a managed services environment with commercial awareness and strong problem solving skills
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful customer-facing delivery of infrastructure, Microsoft cloud, workplace, security and managed service projects across our customer base
- The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial engagement through to operational handover, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within budget and ready to be successfully supported by operational teams
- This role requires an individual who can confidently engage with customers, coordinate technical delivery teams, manage governance and ensure project outcomes are embedded into business-as-usual support services
- The Project Manager will act as the single point of ownership throughout the delivery lifecycle, providing a seamless experience for customers and internal stakeholders alike
- The successful candidates will be aligned to our offices in either Manchester or London
- Manage multiple projects from initiation to closure
- Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
- Build trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Act as primary point of contact for project delivery
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
- Escalate concerns to maintain project outcomes
- Ensure solutions are operationally ready before project closure
- Coordinate activities for acceptance into operational support
- Produce regular status reports for internal and customer-facing audiences
- Facilitate governance meetings and manage customer expectations
- Ensure adherence to project governance standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in project delivery
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projectsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsDemonstrable experience managing customer-facing IT infrastructure, cloud, or managed service projectsExperience managing risks, issues and dependenciesExperience working with cross-functional technical teamsStrong understanding of project management methodologiesCommercial awareness and understanding of project profitabilityExperience coordinating Service Transition or operational onboarding activitiesExperience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP)Strong organisational and planning skillsITIL Foundation certificationPRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalentExperience using ServiceNow Project ManagementKnowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, Azure and Managed ServicesExperience supporting customer onboarding and Acceptance into Service activities
