As a Power Platform Consultant, you will lead on the implementation of best‑practice solutions, strategies, and governance frameworks. You will work within a highly progressive and collaborative team comprising both technical and commercial colleagues to deliver services and projects for our clients.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £50,000 and £60,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Drive the growth and evolution of Advania’s Automation capability, enabling clients to realise tangible value from Microsoft technologies.
- Partner with clients across their digital transformation journeys in the age of AI, helping them transition repetitive and manual tasks to intelligent automation.
- Apply your subject‑matter expertise and technical skills across a diverse client portfolio, from well‑known enterprises to boutique organisations.
- Join a friendly, collaborative culture that actively supports continuous learning, professional development, and long‑term career growth.
Qualifications & Experience
- Mandatory Microsoft Certified in Power Platform related certification.
- Previous Microsoft Partner experience preferred.
- Expert SME knowledge in one or more area of the Power Platform inc. Power Apps, Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
- Experience in defining governance and best practices for the Power Platform.
- Experience leading workshops, consulting directly with clients and gathering requirements.
- Experience working with the wider Microsoft product stack (particularly SharePoint Online & Dynamics Products).
- Experience of broader Microsoft Automation & AI capabilities across Azure.
- Experience leading projects in a services or consulting organisation/practice.
- Experience supporting future sales, proposal writing and identifying additional opportunities within current clients.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
Please note you need to be eligible to obtain Security Clearance (SC). This typically requires British nationality and 5 years residency in the UK.
