The Marketing Business Partner (VAR) is responsible for end-to-end marketing ownership for Advania UKI’s VAR business, working closely with Sales, the Head of Partner Marketing, and the Alliance team to drive partner-led pipeline growth. This role owns marketing strategy, planning, and hands-on execution across vendor and alliance-driven GTM motions, acting as a trusted partner to Sales and Partner stakeholders. The role is accountable for delivery, sales handover, follow-up, and conversion outcomes, ensuring co-marketing activity with vendors translates into measurable commercial impact. The role leverages the Campaign Delivery & Digital team for specialist execution support but retains full accountability for performance and results.

Salary & Benefits

The budgeted salary for this role is between £60,000 - £70,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary marketing owner for the VAR business and aligned vendor portfolios
  • Build deep understanding of vendor propositions, partner programmes, incentives, and co-op models
  • Translate VAR sales priorities and vendor growth goals into clear GTM strategies and plans
  • Own marketing decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes
  • Define VAR-focused GTM strategies including target audiences, propositions, partner overlays, and channel mix
  • Build and deliver integrated marketing plans aligned to sales targets, vendor priorities, and buying cycles
  • Retain full accountability for execution and results across all campaigns
  • Leverage the Campaign Delivery & Digital team for digital, design, and specialist execution support
