We are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to join us for a 9-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end marketing ownership for an aligned business unit, sector, or growth priority within Advania UKI. You will own the marketing strategy, planning, and hands-on execution, acting as a trusted partner while remaining accountable for delivery, handover, follow-up, and conversion outcomes. The role leverages the Campaign Delivery & Digital team for specialist execution support but retains ownership for performance and results. The role requires strong working knowledge of the marketing technology stack, particularly HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics, and the ability to work closely with teams to ensure effective progression from marketing engagement to revenue.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £55,000 and £62,000 a year. We recognise the benefits that remote and flexible working brings. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary marketing owner for designated business units, understanding business priorities and customer needs.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with sales targets and customer buying cycles.
- Maintain full accountability for end-to-end campaign execution and results.
- Collaborate closely with Sales leadership to align marketing efforts and establish lead handover processes.
- Utilise marketing technology tools effectively to track campaign performance and maintain data integrity.
- Analyse digital channel performance using tools like Google Analytics to optimise marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to pipeline and conversion outcomes.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Sales, Partner Marketing, and PR teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Share insights and best practices across the Growth Marketing team to enhance overall performance.
- Make data-driven decisions to prioritise and optimise marketing activities for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology or IT services.
- Proven experience owning strategy, planning, and hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology stacks, particularly HubSpot and Dynamics.
- Practical working knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Analytics, and core digital channels.
Desirable:
- Experience in sector-led or business-unit-aligned marketing models.
- Exposure to partner-led or Microsoft-centric GTM.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight, or targeting.
- Experience working in matrixed organisations.
