We are looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to join our Professional Services business. The successful candidate can be based out of London or Manchester.

This is a senior role where you will be responsible for growing the Data & Analytics practice, shaping the go-to-market strategy, and building data-driven solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for defining the direction for the team, managing a team of data consultants and creating new client offerings. You will use your strong stakeholder engagement to guide clients through data modernisation strategies, ensuring compliance, security, and adherence to best practices within the Data landscape. By blending leadership, technical expertise, and strategic advisory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping data-driven transformation and positioning Advania as a trusted partner for Data & Analytics to our clients.

Qualifications & Experience

The right candidate will have had the following technical experience or exposure:

  • Azure Data Stack
  • Microsoft Fabric
  • Synapse Analytics
  • Databricks
  • Azure Data Factory
  • Data modelling

In addition, the right candidate will have experience of:

  • Managing a Data & Analytics team or function
  • Defining and refining a go-to-market approach
  • C-suite and broad stakeholder management experience within the context of data transformation
