We are looking for an Associate Consultant to join our Business Change & Adoption team in our Consulting business. This role would suit someone with experience of, or a keen interest in, AI technologies such as Microsoft Copilot.
Salary & Benefits
The budgeted salary for this role is between £40,000 and £50,000 a year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Organise and run focused workshops to deliver clear outcomes.
- Keep sessions structured and outcome-driven.
- Prepare and deliver training on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
- Tailor content to participant needs and skill levels.
- Seek feedback and address concerns to maintain satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to align on needs.
- Work with other Adoption Consultants to improve methods.
- Contribute to reusable project materials.
- Share insights and collateral with the Automation, Analytics, and AI team.
- Join knowledge-sharing to strengthen team capability.
- Help clients understand AI benefits within the Microsoft ecosystem.
Qualifications & Experience
This role would suit someone with experience of, or a keen interest in, implementing AI technologies into client organisations. The right candidate will have:
- Experience of delivering training sessions for a wide range of audiences.
- Experience of working within the Microsoft stack (SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams).
- Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and the overall functionalities and uses of it.
- Past experience of working within a professional services or consulting organisation would be highly desirable.
