As an Account Director at Advania, you'll be at the forefront of all strategic customer engagement by showcasing our full services, solutions and procurement offerings. Within this role you will introduce Advania to a variety of different size organisations across numerous sectors.

The role will enable you to have full autonomy on the entire sales journey from initial scoping, pre-sales, tailored proposals and delivery/post support. You'll challenge customers within a consultative approach to disrupt the norm and empower customers to fulfil their true potential.

Within this role you'll collaborate with leading internal experts across numerous technology stacks to craft compelling proposals that resonate with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Expanding Advania's client base and opening new opportunities.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key decision-makers and gaining a deep understanding of their business goals.
  • Aligning our solutions to deliver real and measurable impact to empower our customers to fulfil their business goals.
  • Manage the entire sales process end-to-end from initial engagement and qualification through to proposal, negotiation, and successful onboarding ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and solution sales specialists on client-focused proposals delivering first class customer service.
  • Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities as you position Advania as trusted, forward-thinking advisors.

Experience and Qualifications

  • A proven track record of success in B2B IT sales, ideally within a Value-Added Reseller (VAR), Managed Service Provider (MSP), or systems integrator environment.
  • A solid grasp of cloud technologies, IT infrastructure and managed services with the ability to translate technical solutions into real business value.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-motivated, results-driven mindset; you're a natural hunter with a passion for technology and a drive to exceed targets.
  • The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
