Junior Consultants are immediately integrated into projects, contribute to analyses and deliverables, and receive guidance and instructions from immediate supervisors (Consultants and Senior Consultants). Candidates should be comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative work, possess agility and curiosity, and desire the opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Tasks

  • Identifying objectives and collecting data across sources to solve complex business issues
  • Designing and conducting quantitative analyses to support the client’s positioning and growth
  • Participating in the production of deliverables throughout projects
  • Work in a team of 3-5 others, owning a part of the project
  • Carry out supporting detailed analysis of client problems including market and financial modelling, drive tree analysis, competitive landscape assessments amongst others
  • Conduct expert interviews
  • Produce clear, clean slide outputs

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Graduate from a top-tier university with a bachelor’s degree or above in economics, business, accounting, engineering, or related fields with at least a 2.1
  • Have at least one past professional experience. Experiences/internships in investment banking, private equity, and consulting are a plus, but not required
  • Result-oriented with an analytical mindset, enjoy solving strategic problems in challenging situations
  • Possess professionalism, intellectual curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Be motivated and ambitious, willing to get stuck in and help out
  • Proficiency in a second language such as Italian, Spanish or German is desirable
