Order Fulfilment Representative

Advancing People – Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for an Order Fulfilment Representative to work for an international clothing company on a Hybrid basis. \\n\\nAs an Order Fulfilment Representative you will work proactively in order to maximise on time delivery performance, allocation management, order errors & follow up of why orders have not been released.\\n\\nRoles & Responsibilities:\\n\\nIdentify and assess order book allocation to achieve maximum order fulfilment; prioritising certain accounts and feeding back any challenges.\\nBuild sustainable relationships with key stakeholders\\nProvide support to the customer service team on order coverage issues, allocation challenges, order errors etc.\\nLiaise with customer service, sales and planning to push for order release and monitor or move allocation to maximise orderbook conversion.\\nEnsure timely communication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity.Person Specification:\\n\\nAnalytical experience\\nExcel Skills\\nExperience of working in a similar environment\\nExcellent communication skills, both oral and written\\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team\\nGood computer skills\\nPositive "can do" attitudeThis is a full time Permanent position offering an annual salary of £25,000 – £27,000 + attractive company benefits.\\n\\nThe role offers flexibility to work from home / Remote working 60% of the time \\n\\n2 days office based in Nottingham, 3 days remote each week\\n\\nAdvancing People – Recruitment Specialists\\n\\nAdvancing People Ltd is an Equal Opportunities Employer and acts as both an Employment Business and Employment Agency
