- Lead and continuously enhance the commercial budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring key variances (e.g., volume, price, mix, inflation) are clearly understood and providing value-added analysis to support performance improvement.
- Deliver strategic financial guidance and insights to Commercial, Product Management, and R&D teams to support growth and optimise commercial performance.

The Person:
- You will be responsible for managing a UK Pricing Analyst; therefore, we are looking for you to have strong leadership and team management skills.
- English and French language skills are essential, and you must be flexible to travel between the UK, Sheffield office and office in France.
- Our client offers hybrid-working, ideally 2-3 days per week in Sheffield with monthly travel to France. There could be some flexibility on the role being more remote-based in the UK or in France.
- You could be a commercial finance business partner currently or could be a finance manager, management accountant or analyst, looking for your next step.

- Qualified or in final stages of a recognised Finance qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA) or equivalent.
- Experience in a business partnering role, preferably within a manufacturing or similar industry.
- Fluent in English and French language skills to a professional level.
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with big data sets and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, preferably OneStream / HFM and BI systems (Power Bi / Tableau).
- Good relationship management and influencing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
