Advancing People Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Creative Director to work for a worldwide, market leading Technology Company (Saas) who have an office in Hungerford, Berkshire. We are looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead the visual transformation of our client\’s brand across all digital surfaces. The role has a primary focus on the website, campaigns, landing pages, and product marketing whilst also leading a team. If successful you will unify their creative system, elevate our client\’s visual storytelling, and ensure every touchpoint is designed to convert. Our client provides specialist software, services and support to deliver fully integrated trading and business management solutions. With a wide range of clients including wholesalers, distributors, merchants and retailers from small traders to multinational enterprises. As their Creative Director you will have global reach with offices in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, South Africa, Kenya and North America. If successful, this role is based in Hungerford, Berkshire with good flexibility to also work from home / remotely. This role will also give someone the opportunity to work for a huge Private Equity backed Software Company (SaaS) Key Responsibilities: Design Leadership: Own and evolve the brand\’s visual identity across digital platforms, marketing campaigns, product narratives, and global web presence. Website Experience: Lead the UX/UI design for our clients regional sites to improve conversion, engagement, and clarity. Creative Direction: Translate business and marketing strategy into high-quality creative output that delivers results. Design Ops: Set up scalable design processes, systems, and templates to support regional marketing teams and performance marketers. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing leadership, content, product marketing, web development, and agencies to execute fast-moving creative needs. Design Quality: Provide hands-on direction for designers, freelancers, and agency partners to ensure pixel-perfect delivery.
