Working in a fast-growing technology provider with an international team, you'll collaborate closely with developers, the product owner and stakeholders to make quality a shared and measurable outcome. Key Responsibilities: Own the test strategy for the IDP, covering functional, regression, integration and non-functional testing across its front ends and services. Benefit from continuous exposure to the latest and greatest AI models, both within the product and as used in development of the product Validate document-processing accuracy - extraction, classification and integrity scoring - against representative document sets, and maintain that test data. Triage, reproduce and clearly document defects, track them through to resolution and verify fixes. Facilitate the Brussels team's Scrum ceremonies - planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives - keeping them focused and time-boxed. Work with the Product Owner to keep the backlog refined and ready, with clear acceptance criteria and a shared definition of done. Contribute to a culture of quality and knowledge sharing, including peer review of test code. Make the call on "release-readiness" decisions, confirming that smoke and non-regression suites pass before deployment. The Person: Solid grounding in testing fundamentals: test design techniques, risk-based prioritisation and clear, reproducible defect reporting. Hands-on test automation for web applications (Playwright, Cypress or Selenium) and API testing. Demonstrate prior experience with (AI powered) development of testing framework and methodology. Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI or equivalent). Practical experience facilitating agile ceremonies. Strong facilitation skills; able to keep discussions productive and time boxed. Effective communicator in English, with the ability to work in a multicultural, collaborative environment. Meticulous attention to detail, combined with pragmatism about what is worth as well as required testing. Additional appreciated exposure: experience testing model-driven or non-deterministic systems, exposure to Docker/Kubernetes, performance or security testing. 1-2 years' experience in software QA or testing, including test automation. Experience as Scrum Master or facilitating ceremonies for a delivery team.
