The Role: You'll own a portfolio of eCommerce accounts across European markets, with DACH at the centre. You'll know each client's margins, their hero products and what needs doing next. More Detail: Run and grow Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen for DTC brands Set structure and governance across Performance Max and Demand Gen, and hold it Write and maintain scripts that catch problems early and save hours Find feed issues and disapprovals, and fix them Lead client calls in German and English, with the numbers and a clear plan Bid towards profit, not just revenue, where the account supports it Experience Required: You can be a recent marketing graduate looking for your first role or will have: Experience in Google Ads, with an eCommerce-first background Strong Google Shopping skills: Performance Max, Demand Gen governance, scripts Fluent German, written and spoken -
